1. The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 15 days upon receiving it, and it must be in its original condition.

Shipping
Shipping on orders over HK$3,900(US$500) is free of charge anywhere in the world. Shipping on orders less than HK$3,900(US$500)will be charged HK$195(US$25) regardless of the delivery destination.

All orders are fully insured before shipping. Items are usually shipped within 48 hours after Very Fancy Diamonds receives payment for the order. Shipments cannot be made to P.O boxes.  No item is shipped until full payment has been received. Every item is shipped with an invoice and an appraisal if one has been requested. Unless the buyer requests an alternative shipping method, an order with a purchase value of up to HK$62,400(US$8,000) is shipped by registered mail and is insured by Fancy Diamonds while in transit. Orders with a purchase value of over HK$62,400(US$8,000)are shipped with one of the diamond courier companies free of charge. Merchandise usually arrives within 2 business days. The ordering customers will pay for the cost of using an alternative shipping method.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
